Welcome to my webpage!  My name is Mrs. Shafer.  I have been a teacher at Sheridan Middle School for 5 years this year.  I have a Bachelor's Degree is History from The Ohio State University and a Master's Degree in Teaching from Muskingum University.

I have been married to my husband for 18 years and we live in Thornville.  We have 3 children: Brady (23), Jenalyn (11) and Kenzi (8).  Our family is crazy active with swimming, soccer, basketball, volleyball, theater, gymnastics, ninja classes, show cattle and whatever else my kids decide to get into!  

I love teaching and am so proud to be a part of the Northern Local family.  I can't wait to work with you and your students!
